About the role
Foorsa is seeking a proactive Senior Business Developer to expand its network of partners, schools, training centres, teachers, and strategic collaborators in Tunisia. The role combines relationship building, negotiation, and market expansion to drive qualified leads and business results.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential partners in Tunisia, including schools, private training centres, teachers, associations, and local institutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with partners.
- Negotiate collaboration opportunities that generate qualified leads.
- Represent Foorsa professionally in meetings, calls, and events.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies.
- Track all activities, leads, and partnerships in a clear and organized manner.
- Propose new growth opportunities and ideas for local expansion.
Required profile
- Based in Tunis with a Bac+5 degree.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Confident, professional, results‑driven personality.
- Ability to work independently and meet clear targets.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, education, or partnerships is a plus.
