Senior Billing Associate

About the role

QUESTEL, a global SaaS provider for industrial property and patents, is seeking a Senior Billing Associate to manage invoicing and financial communications across its international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily in English with clients, sales, accounting, credit management, and internal teams.
• Process invoices in ERP and related systems, submit them through various portals, and modify Ledes invoices.
• Handle inter‑company invoicing within the QUESTEL Group and create client accounts during onboarding.
• Manage client accrual requests and respond to financial and contractual inquiries, including coordination with external auditors.
• Prepare miscellaneous reports and analyses as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or sales administration.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
• Experience in a multinational environment.
• Highly rigorous, organized, and detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems (Exact preferred).
• Knowledge of accounting software.
• General IT competence for handling financial platforms.
