About the role
Study First Europe is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join its student recruitment team. The role focuses on guiding prospective students through study‑abroad options and supporting them throughout the application process. You will act as the primary point of contact for interested learners, providing accurate information, answering queries, and helping them choose programs that match their goals.
Key responsibilities
- Advise students on study abroad opportunities and recommend suitable programmes.
- Follow up with prospective students, answer their questions, and nurture leads.
- Maintain accurate student records, update the CRM system, and ensure excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and a smooth enrollment journey.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in business sales or consulting (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
