Reservation Agent (French/Spanish) – Tunisia

About the role

Restel, the multinational booking centre of the Hotusa Group, is seeking a Reservation Agent to join its Tunisia office. The role focuses on delivering seamless reservation experiences for guests across a portfolio of 4*/5* hotels worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on reservations, handling confirmations, changes and modifications.
• Manage incoming calls and assist guests with reservation‑related needs in a friendly, professional manner.
• Provide timely, personalized support to ensure each interaction reflects Restel’s commitment to exceptional service.

Required profile

• Education in Tourism, languages or a related field.
• Experience working in call centres.
• Fluency in English and French (C1); Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Previous experience in hotels or travel agencies is valued.
