About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Arabic‑speaking teleoperators to join our busy call centre located in the heart of Tunis. The role involves handling inbound customer calls in Arabic and providing prompt, courteous assistance.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls in Arabic and address customer inquiries.
- Gather and verify relevant information from callers.
- Document interactions accurately in the company’s system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
- Clear and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry.
Required skills
- Arabic language proficiency.
