QC Engineer

About the role

Enovis is expanding its state‑of‑the‑art facility in Sfax, Tunisia, and is looking for a Quality Control Engineer to support the development and manufacturing of medical technology products. The role involves working from pilot plant through to full‑scale production, ensuring processes meet defined specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new or modified process formulations and define equipment requirements.
• Review processing techniques, compile test data, and set limits for process or material specifications.
• Coordinate design reviews with engineering and scientific teams to ensure compatibility of processing methods.
• Plan projects involving new concepts, automation technology, and process improvements.
• Analyze moderate‑scope problems, applying general engineering principles to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in process development or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and follow detailed instructions on new projects.
