Project Controlling Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Project Controlling Specialist to join our team and support the financial success of electric‑vehicle projects within the Electrical Systems domain. You will act as a trusted business partner, providing transparency, profitability analysis and data‑driven insights to guide decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee commercial management of projects in the Electrical Systems domain.
• Manage target costing processes, assess risks and opportunities, and initiate corrective actions.
• Perform ad‑hoc analyses and evaluate evolving assumptions.
• Conduct profitability assessments, including make‑or‑buy decisions.
• Support corporate planning activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and mid‑ to long‑term planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, mathematics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in controlling, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong understanding of financial KPIs such as EBIT, ROCE, CE and DCF.
• Analytical mindset with a high affinity for numbers and a solution‑oriented approach.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP PS/CO (a plus).
