Specialist Performance Controller

About the role

The Specialist Performance Controller will support LEONI's finance team by maintaining cost structures, planning, and monitoring performance across internal projects. This role ensures accurate financial data and supports decision‑making for automotive wiring systems projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and plan cost center and cost object structures for internal projects.
• Calculate performance rates at cost‑center level for pre‑concept and series development projects.
• Perform cost‑center planning and provide input for customer project calculations.
• Check planning adherence of functional departments and monitor actuals versus plans.
• Conduct cash controlling and evaluate investment decisions.
• Produce regular KPI reports and respond to ad‑hoc controlling requests.
• Support the Accounting department by assigning correct cost objects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (minimum B1).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies, propose corrective actions, and work under pressure.
