About the role
The Production Supervisor ensures that manufacturing output meets volume, cost, and quality targets while coordinating material flow and inventory. This role monitors processes, manages staffing, and drives continuous improvement within the production environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure production volume, cost, and quality objectives are achieved.
- Organize material flows and inventory to meet production targets.
- Monitor production processes and staffing levels, implementing schedules, methods, and processes.
- Identify problems and propose solutions or improvements to the production process.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation.
- Direct subordinates on work assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
- Supervise semi‑skilled employees.
Required profile
- Ability to oversee and guide semi‑skilled staff in a manufacturing setting.
- Commitment to adhering to company policies, safety standards, and production strategies.
