Production Supervisor II

About the role

The Production Supervisor II will lead daily manufacturing operations within the Operations team, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and delivery targets are consistently met. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for overseeing workflow, resource allocation, and continuous improvement of production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Estimate costs and prepare budgets for production activities.
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Monitor production lines, resolve issues, and ensure output meets quality standards.
• Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel.
• Determine necessary resources, including workforce and raw materials.
• Approve maintenance work and equipment purchases.
• Enforce health and safety precautions.
• Plan production schedules and implement process improvements.
• Prepare regular production reports.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role.
• Experience in team management, including onboarding, training, and performance management.
