Product Owner (Enterprise Platforms)

About the role

We develop platforms that support government and enterprise operations such as licensing, case management, and back‑office automation. The Product Owner will own the business logic, translating complex regulatory rules, spreadsheets, and institutional knowledge into clear, implementable specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Learn each client’s domain in depth, mapping real‑world processes and identifying gaps with documented procedures.
• Decompose complex rules into models, decision tables, permission matrices, and state transitions for engineers.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, write precise user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain a realistic roadmap.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, interviews, and process mapping with stakeholders; translate technical constraints for decision‑makers and regulatory rules for developers.
• Run agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and provide daily support to unblock the team.
• Define success metrics for features, instrument adoption and error rates, and use data to guide future development.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand and document intricate business logic.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge gaps between clients, designers, and engineers.
• Experience working with government or large‑scale enterprise systems.
• Comfortable managing scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
