About the role
LEONI is seeking a Lead Expert/Expert IT Infrastructure Engineer to provide 3rd line support and own the delivery of technical problems and incidents. You will be responsible for patch management, monitoring, and keeping SCCM documentation up to date while supporting innovative technology initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Provide 3rd line support and resolve technical incidents.
- Manage patch deployment and review logs, alerts, and monitoring solutions to ensure service availability.
- Maintain and update technical documents and policies for SCCM.
- Act as escalation point, offering guidance to the technology operations team.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience administering SCCM/Intune, MDT and PowerShell.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies and protocols such as DHCP and PXE.
- University degree and excellent written and spoken English.
- High customer focus, teamwork, and proactive attitude.
