Product & Brand Designer

About the role

INNOVATION TINNOVATION T is seeking a Product & Brand Designer to shape the look, feel, and functionality of its products and visual identity. You will work closely with engineering to turn concepts into intuitive interfaces that users instantly understand.

Key responsibilities

• Own design across products and brand, from UI components to visual identity.
• Create and maintain design systems, prototypes, and high‑fidelity mockups in Figma.
• Develop marketing and brand assets using the Adobe Suite.
• Collaborate with developers to ship functional interfaces.
• Contribute to motion design, illustration, or front‑end basics when needed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in graphic or product design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and visual craftsmanship.
• Comfortable working with developers and delivering production‑ready designs.

Required skills

• Figma (components, prototypes, design systems)
• Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Motion design (bonus)
• Illustration (bonus)
• Basic front‑end knowledge (bonus)
