Part‑time Law Professor for Business Courses

About the role

The University of Tunis Carthage seeks experienced legal professionals to join its faculty on a part‑time basis. The role involves delivering law courses specifically designed for business students, integrating legal theory with real‑world business practice.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging lectures on selected areas of law for undergraduate or graduate business programmes.
• Prepare teaching materials, case studies and assessments that illustrate the application of legal principles in business contexts.
• Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams and class participation.
• Stay current with developments in the relevant legal fields and incorporate them into the curriculum.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or PhD in Law, or an equivalent professional legal qualification.
• Previous teaching, training or professional development experience, preferably with business or management students.
• Excellent English‑language communication skills and the ability to teach in an engaging academic environment.

Required skills

• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Business Law, Corporate and Company Law, Commercial and Contract Law, Banking and Finance Law, Tax Law, Labour and Employment Law, International Trade Law.
• Ability to connect legal principles to real‑world business practices, cases and decision‑making.
