Outbound Sales Advisor – English Speaker (Evening Shift)

About the role

As an Outbound Sales Advisor you will contact existing customers by phone, following a pre‑loaded workflow, to promote and sell a range of National Pen products. The position works the evening shift from our Tunis call centre, offering the chance to build long‑term relationships while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Call assigned customers using the provided workflow and generate sales.
• Maintain and update the database of unassigned accounts, tracking revenue and performance metrics.
• Handle customer inquiries, promote new products, and ensure accurate order entry.
• Achieve weekly targets for calls, sales volume, and revenue.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to share ideas and sales techniques.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge through ongoing training.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a sales or call‑center environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle objections professionally, and stay goal‑oriented.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of multitasking.
• Team‑player mindset with a proactive, self‑motivated attitude.
