Outbound Sales Account Manager – Evening Shift (North American Market)

About the role

Join Pens.com as an Outbound Sales Account Manager working the evening shift to serve high‑value customers in the North American market. Based in Tunis, you will combine deep product knowledge with proactive outreach to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor for high‑value customers, providing personalized support and ensuring strong relationships and retention.
• Leverage CRM data, order history and customer profiles to personalize communications.
• Upsell, renew and expand accounts to meet or exceed performance KPIs.
• Understand client needs and propose tailored marketing and promotional solutions.
• Document all customer interactions and outcomes in detail.
• Advise clients on campaign strategies, product selection and optimal use of marketing budgets.
• Coordinate with design, escalation and other internal teams to resolve issues and deliver custom solutions.
• Promote new products, offers and campaigns while staying informed on industry trends.
• Share client success stories to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven sales track record with ability to close deals, upsell and consistently meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
