About the role
We are looking for Arabic‑speaking call centre agents to join our team in the heart of Tunis. The role involves handling inbound customer calls in Arabic, providing information and assistance while maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls in Arabic.
- Listen to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Document call details in the system as required.
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic (both spoken and written).
- Good communication skills in French or English are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced call centre environment.
- Reliability and punctuality.
