About the role
Philip Morris International is seeking a National Field Supervisor to lead and coach high‑performing field teams across Tunisia. You will be responsible for ensuring agency compliance, optimizing data‑driven tools, and enabling the field force to meet business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Agency Governance & Compliance Advisory: Advise on third‑party agency management, governance structures, budget controls, and compliance protocols; ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal marketing codes.
- Data Intelligence & Field Tool Optimization: Consult on implementation and enhancement of data systems and digital tools; develop analytical models and reporting frameworks for route optimization, performance tracking, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Field Force & Performance Enablement: Build and develop a field force aligned with business goals; deliver structured coaching programs, performance management systems, and operational playbooks.
Required profile
- Graduate in Commercial, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in field operations, sales execution or retail management.
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Proficiency in data tools and performance tracking.
- Experience in FMCG or retail sectors preferred.
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written).
