Medical Representative – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

We are looking for motivated Medical Representatives to join our growing team in northern Tunisia. In this role you will act as the scientific bridge between Menarini’s prescription and over‑the‑counter products and healthcare professionals, ensuring they receive accurate, up‑to‑date information.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously update your knowledge of Menarini drugs, disease areas and competitor products.
• Promote Menarini’s portfolio to doctors, specialists and pharmacists through one‑to‑one visits, group presentations and medical events.
• Maintain a master‑list of healthcare professionals and plan visits to ensure optimal coverage and frequency.
• Provide scientific information to pharmacists, check stock availability, handle service requests and collect market feedback.
• Achieve sales targets and forecast territory performance.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key personnel in hospitals, clinics and pharmacies.
• Prepare regular reports on territory status, forecasts and business reviews.
• Comply with Menarini’s Code of Conduct, data integrity policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine or a related health science field.
• Strong scientific aptitude and ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills for territory management and reporting.
• Commitment to ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
