Manufacturing Engineering Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the industrialization and production initiatives for our automotive manufacturing operations. The role will oversee project planning, execution, and continuous improvement while ensuring high quality, safety, and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, supervision and execution of industrialization projects, defining objectives and required resources.
• Develop and manage project schedules, monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional and international teams to ensure seamless collaboration across departments.
• Supervise the production team, drive achievement of production targets and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain high quality and safety standards while meeting budgetary and competitiveness goals.
• Stay current with the latest industrial technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Automation or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record managing industrialization, manufacturing or production projects.
• Strong leadership, people‑management and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent project‑management and organizational capabilities.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
