Supervisor

About the role

The Supervisor will oversee maintenance of equipment, ensuring effective planning, execution, and customer communication for field interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and control on‑site interventions of technicians.
• Plan and prepare interventions by coordinating customers, teams, subcontractors, and suppliers according to contractual constraints.
• Provide technical advice to clients and participate in contract‑objective activities.
• Optimize stock management and conduct technical, safety, and tooling audits.
• Organize team meetings for management, technical updates, and training.
• Collect, analyse, and communicate engine data (oil analysis, power generation, daily reports) to customers.
• Manage technical issues, propose solutions, prioritize interventions, and negotiate with subcontractors.
• Monitor KPI dashboards and act as backup for the Maintenance Manager when absent.

Required profile

• Experience supervising field technicians in equipment maintenance.
• Strong organisational skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate technically with customers and internal teams.
• Proactive attitude toward business development and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Knowledge of engine and generator maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with inventory and stock management.
• Ability to analyse oil and performance data.
