About the role

We are looking for a bilingual German/English Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. You will handle inbound calls, chats, and emails, providing friendly and efficient support to a diverse customer base from your home office.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, chat, and email in German and English.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver timely, effective solutions.
• Personalize interactions to build lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Share feedback and ideas to enhance service processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote customer service or support experience.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Calm, organized, and solution‑oriented under pressure.
• Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support platforms.
• Knowledge of eCommerce and CRM systems.
