About the role

Join our fully remote team as a bilingual Customer Service Representative, providing top‑tier support in German and English via phone, chat, and email. You will work from your home office, helping a diverse e‑commerce customer base while delivering a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, live‑chat messages, and email inquiries in German and English.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide timely solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Personalise interactions to understand and meet each customer’s needs.
• Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve service quality.
• Share feedback and ideas to enhance processes and overall experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer service or support experience.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑oriented attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
