Key Account Booking Agent - UK Market

About the role

Free2move is expanding its UK operations and seeks a Key Account Booking Agent based in Tunisia to support its UK dealership network. The role serves as the main point of contact for UK partners, handling vehicle sourcing, invoice management, warranty compliance and payment follow‑up. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth back‑office processes and high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day back‑office operations for vehicle bookings and warranty claims.
• Support UK dealership partners in submitting and tracking invoices for reimbursement.
• Source vehicles and coordinate bookings according to customer requests.
• Verify warranty coverage and ensure compliance with established processes.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and payment status.
• Identify operational issues and propose proactive solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems.
• Communicate daily with dealerships and internal teams via email and phone.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve operational performance and service quality.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and service‑level agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management or a related field (preferred).
• 0–3 years of professional experience.
• Experience in customer service, B2B support, operations, invoicing or the automotive industry is a plus.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
