IT Support Analyst

About the role

The IT Support Analyst provides day-to-day technical support to staff, helping them use hardware and software efficiently, keeping systems performing well and protecting data. The role sits within the Global IT Team at Sentric and reports to the Global Head of Technology. It has no management or supervisory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day support cases by email, Teams, phone and in person, and log every call accurately.
• Troubleshoot incidents across OS, hardware, network and software, including IP voice issues such as dropped calls and call quality.
• Maintain on-site and cloud-hosted servers and manage cybersecurity initiatives.
• Identify repetitive tasks and build scripts or workflows to automate and optimise processes.
• Implement security measures and support audit and compliance with internal and external teams.
• Train end users, document processes and develop new technology processes where needed.
• Set up and troubleshoot meeting room systems and conferencing equipment.
• Provision, deprovision and review user accounts and system access.
• Take part in rollouts of global infrastructure, migrations and new technologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Excellent verbal and written English; able to read safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals and write reports and correspondence.
• Confident communication with customers, suppliers and employees.
