IT Project Management Officer

About the role

Vneuron is seeking an IT Project Management Officer to support the delivery of its RegTech solutions. The role will involve monitoring project progress, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and ensuring that schedules, milestones and deliverables are met.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track project delivery progress both internally and with clients.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones and deliverable tracking.
• Prepare and circulate meeting minutes, action plans and status reports.
• Coordinate closely with Product, Development, QA, Delivery and Support teams to ensure alignment.
• Assist in structuring and improving project management practices and reporting.
• Support project managers in identifying risks, dependencies and deviations, and help implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or similar coordination role.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
