About the role
We are seeking a competent help desk technician to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. The role involves answering queries on basic technical issues and offering advice to solve them.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries regarding computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues remotely or on‑site.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or in a customer support role.
- Good communication skills, customer‑oriented attitude, and ability to stay calm with difficult customers.
Required skills
- Working knowledge of office automation products.
- Familiarity with databases and remote control tools.
