Industrial Section Leader

About the role

The Industrial Section Leader will drive industrial engineering excellence at Lear’s new greenfield plant in Bizerte, Tunisia. Reporting to the IE Manager, this role is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, fostering continuous improvement, and leading automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and promote a culture of continuous improvement, problem solving, and operational excellence.
• Analyze and optimize existing manufacturing processes to improve cycle time, reduce scrap, and increase throughput.
• Drive and implement automation and digital transformation initiatives (Industry 4.0).
• Ensure adherence to automotive quality and process standards, including IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
• Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of process documentation and work instructions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing leadership.
• Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
• Ability to work cross‑functionally and lead teams in a greenfield plant environment.
