About the role
We are seeking a motivated Summer Intern to assist our HR team during a migration to a new HR system. Over a 2–3 month period starting in July 2026, you will help ensure that employee documents are transferred accurately and organized efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Upload and transfer HR documents into the new HR system.
- Organize and maintain digital employee records.
- Review files for accuracy and completeness during migration.
- Collaborate with the HR Project Management team on migration‑related tasks.
- Support the HR team with administrative and data‑entry activities.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good organizational and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Interest in HR operations, administration, or project coordination is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
