About the role
Deel is seeking a Payroll Associate to support day‑to‑day payroll operations for its Luxembourg‑based employees. The role focuses on accurate data entry, record maintenance and basic payroll processing while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with local regulations. This position offers a solid foundation for a career in payroll operations within a fast‑growing global SaaS company.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in processing payroll data for Luxembourg employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and verify salaries, hours worked and deductions.
- Reconcile employee data and support payroll tax calculations and filings.
- Provide payroll‑related assistance to employees and answer their queries.
- Help ensure compliance with Luxembourg payroll laws and regulations.
Required profile
- Mandatory English proficiency (minimum 90%).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1‑3 years of experience in a payroll support role on the Luxembourg market.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
