Hotel Marketing & Brand Experience Director – Tunisia & Morocco

About the role

The Hotel Marketing & Brand Experience Director will lead the implementation of Iberostar’s brand standards across all hotels in Tunisia and Morocco. Reporting to the Brand Experience department, you will act as the brand guardian, shaping guest experiences and ensuring consistent messaging on all digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure brand experience aligns with manuals for each hotel segment.
• Create and develop guest experiences tailored to brand, audience, and destination.
• Manage all in‑hotel digital messaging, including TV screens, totems, the Iberostar app, and F&B menus.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (owners, commercial, operations, and Brand community in Palma) to execute brand experience plans.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet occupancy, ADR, and GRI targets.
• Maintain and audit hotel web content, lead photoshoots, and produce visual assets.
• Conduct regular brand audits, property diagnostics, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Lead PR initiatives such as press trips, local media outreach, and influencer stays.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel marketing or brand management.
• Strong understanding of brand standards and guest experience design.
• Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and regions.
• Track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
