Head of Production Quality

About the role

We are a leading manufacturing company focused on innovation and operational excellence. We are looking for an experienced Head of Production Quality to drive continuous improvement, ensure product and process quality, and foster a strong quality culture across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of site quality in line with corporate standards.
• Ensure product and process quality while proactively identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
• Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability of quality data and reporting.
• Manage the release of serial production processes and products.
• Lead resolution of quality issues in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Coach, develop, and lead the quality team according to company values.

Required profile

• University or engineering degree.
• 3‑5 years of experience in the automotive industry, including at least 3 years in quality.
• Proven personnel management experience.
• Fluent in English or German.
