Goldstar Order Processing Support Agent (French) – 3‑Month Temp

About the role

The Goldstar Processing Support Agent will handle the full order processing cycle for French‑speaking customers. Working day shifts from the Tunis office, you will ensure orders are entered accurately, verified, and released to production on time.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the Goldstar Order Processing Application (GOPA) and attach relevant files.
• Validate order details such as quantities, pricing, stock, artwork, and delivery dates.
• Process artwork approvals and confirm details with customers, including phone follow‑ups when needed.
• Monitor order status via the dashboard, provide timely updates, and communicate any issues.
• Escalate delays or discrepancies to the Order Processing Supervisor.
• Ensure all production instructions are complete before releasing orders.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability under pressure.
• Proficient written and spoken French.
• Effective communicator and team player.

Required skills

• Experience with GOPA (Goldstar Order Processing Application) or similar order entry systems.
