Full-Time Auditor (CSCA) – Social Compliance

About the role

Join QIMA’s Consumer Products Division as a Full-Time Auditor (CSCA) to conduct social compliance audits at manufacturing sites across Tunisia. You will help ensure factories meet labor, health, safety, and environmental standards for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Audit manufacturing sites of client suppliers, focusing on labor rights, health & safety, and environmental security.
• Identify and document any violations, maintaining detailed reports for clients.
• Conduct audits with integrity, understanding the impact on suppliers, staff, and client relationships.
• Participate in client meetings to develop custom quality control procedures.
• Contribute ideas to improve operational quality projects.

Required profile

• Higher education degree (Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences or related) with a Master’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience conducting social audits.
• APSCA certification (CSCA preferred) and recent experience with SMETA, BSCI, SA8000, or WRAP audits.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
