Freelance Video & Content Creator – French

About the role

We are seeking a Freelance Video & Content Creator who is fluent in French to produce short‑form, mobile‑first video assets for CXG Learn, our learning platform serving luxury and premium brands. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑quality, on‑brand video content at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Create short learning videos, including theory capsules, GIF‑style clips, avatar‑driven pieces, and immersive client‑scenario videos.
• Design videos primarily for portrait, mobile‑first consumption, with landscape adaptations as needed.
• Handle editing, subtitles, overlays, and motion graphics to a premium standard.
• Apply consistent transitions, framing, voice‑over, and music aligned with CXG Learn’s visual style.
• Adapt and repurpose existing content across formats, languages, and learning paths.
• Source or integrate stock and AI‑generated visuals where appropriate.
• Collaborate with marketing and learning teams, iterating quickly based on feedback.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience producing short‑form video or motion content, preferably for premium or digital‑first brands.
• Strong visual storytelling sense with an eye for pacing and rhythm.
• Efficient, organized, and able to manage volume while maintaining consistent quality.
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working remotely under deadline pressure.

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects (or similar motion‑design tool)

• Motion graphics and basic sound design
