Finance Specialist – Digital Hotels & Resorts

About the role

Join the THR Digital Finance team as a Finance Specialist supporting the day‑to‑day finance operations of TUI Hotels & Resorts Global Distribution. You will work across more than 12 hotel brands and 400 hotels worldwide, ensuring accurate financial processes for a fast‑growing digital business.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate finance processes with internal stakeholders, hotels, suppliers and shared service teams.
• Support supplier onboarding, account setup and master‑data maintenance in SAP.
• Assist with invoice processing, coding validation and workflow approvals.
• Execute month‑end activities including accruals, reconciliations and journal postings.
• Prepare monthly reporting, forecasts, budgets and variance analyses.
• Monitor revenues, commissions and commercial performance indicators.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Document and standardise finance procedures across international teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, controlling or finance operations.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Fluent written and spoken English with excellent organizational skills.
• Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working with international stakeholders.

Required skills

• SAP (or similar ERP system) experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
