Fashion Designer Internship

About the role

GUYA GANG is seeking a Fashion Designer intern to join its design team in La Marsa. This hybrid position blends on‑site collaboration with flexible remote work, allowing you to contribute to yoga, hippie, and casual wear collections that reflect the brand’s nature‑inspired aesthetic and sustainable values.

Key responsibilities

• Sketch and develop design concepts for men’s and women’s collections.
• Select fabrics, trims, and finishes that align with the brand’s eco‑friendly focus.
• Assist with fittings and provide technical details for production.
• Refine existing styles and generate new design ideas.
• Collaborate on mood boards, color palettes, and seasonal concepts.
• Coordinate with local artisans and suppliers.
• Maintain organized design files and documentation.
• Offer feedback on product quality, comfort, and fit.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Clo3D for 3D garment simulation.
• Strong creative vision and ability to research trends.
• Understanding of the full design process from concept to seasonal drop.
• Technical design literacy to translate ideas into precise sketches.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage timelines.
• Collaborative mindset suited to a fast‑paced, small team.
• Relevant coursework or training in Fashion or Textile Design; portfolio preferred.
