Expert HSEE

About the role

LEONI Wiring Systems Tunisia is looking for an Expert HSEE to lead health, safety, environment and energy initiatives at its site. The role involves conducting investigations, implementing site strategies, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform HSEE investigations, studies, analyses, inspections and reporting.
• Implement the HSEE site strategy and prepare internal instructions.
• Consolidate and monitor site HSEE KPIs and support status reports and countermeasures.
• Organize waste management and recycling programs.
• Verify compliance with work safety and environmental legal requirements and permits.
• Conduct environmental and safety trainings and create emergency plans.
• Plan and execute internal audits of the environmental and occupational safety system.
• Report and investigate environmental and work‑related incidents.
• Plan and conduct safety inspections, ergonomic and risk assessments, and manage protective equipment controls.
• Authorize production stoppages to mitigate unsafe processes.

Required profile

• Engineering or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Safety, Health, Environment & Energy.
• Fluent in French and English (C1 level).
