English Speaker Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Lead Generation Specialist to support our sales and marketing teams at Vneuron, a leading RegTech company. You will be responsible for sourcing, enriching and qualifying leads across target markets, ensuring high‑quality data for our growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, maintain, and ensure accuracy of CRM data
• Source leads using multiple channels and tools across target markets
• Enrich lead data with relevant business and contact information
• Qualify and score leads to prioritize high‑potential opportunities
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align objectives
• Track and report lead generation performance and metrics

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Proactive, creative, and self‑motivated
• Excellent written English communication skills (mandatory)
• Strong interest in sales and business development
• Understanding of sales processes is a plus
• Comfortable using AI tools for lead sourcing, data enrichment, qualification, automation, and productivity improvement
