English Speaker Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

Vneuron, a leading RegTech company, is looking for an English‑speaking Lead Generation Specialist to support its sales and marketing teams. You will play a key part in sourcing, enriching, and qualifying leads across target markets, helping the company expand its impact in financial crime compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Clean, maintain, and ensure the accuracy of CRM data.
• Source leads using multiple channels and tools across target markets.
• Enrich lead data with relevant business and contact information.
• Qualify and score leads to prioritize high‑potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align objectives.
• Track and report lead generation performance and metrics.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, creative, and self‑motivated.
• Excellent written English communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong interest in sales and business development.
• Understanding of sales processes is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools for lead sourcing, data enrichment, qualification, automation, and productivity improvement.
