About the role
The End User Account Manager will lead HP’s end‑user business in Algeria, focusing on large public‑sector and enterprise accounts. You will combine deep market knowledge with a disciplined go‑to‑market approach to grow strategic relationships and drive revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Own and develop relationships with large end‑user accounts, including public sector and key enterprises.
- Analyse local market dynamics, competition, pricing, tender processes and decision cycles.
- Anticipate market trends and customer needs to position HP solutions proactively.
- Create and execute strategic account plans aligned with client business goals.
- Manage margin, partner collaboration and solution delivery to improve win rates.
- Lead contract renewal negotiations, pricing discussions and secure extensions.
- Track account performance, KPIs and provide data‑driven insights to clients.
- Mentor junior account managers and support their development.
Required profile
- 7‑10 years of experience in customer relationship or account management, preferably in end‑user sales.
- Proven track record working with large accounts and strategic customers in Algeria.
- Strong understanding of Algerian procurement practices, tenders and multi‑stakeholder deals.
- Four‑year degree or graduate qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Fluent in French and English; Arabic is a strong asset.
