Debt Collector Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Debt Collector Agent to join Infopro Digital’s finance team supporting our expansion in the French market. The role involves managing overdue invoices, recording payments and supporting the finance department with reporting and legal documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Collect outstanding invoices from French clients.
• Record received payments in the management system.
• Create and maintain billing files for each client in the GSM system.
• Prepare financial, accounting and legal reports.
• Assist the finance department on various accounting projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience in debt collection within a French company.
• Strong knowledge of collection procedures, deadlines and French language (C1 level or higher).
• Organized, rigorous, dynamic and adaptable.
• Comfortable working with numbers and analytical tasks.
• Team‑player with good communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with debt‑collection software and database management tools.
