About the role
We are looking for a friendly, bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative who enjoys engaging with customers and turning their experiences into lasting loyalty. In this role you will be the primary point of contact, handling inquiries across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.
- Provide accurate information on product features, pricing and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs.
- Perform data entry tasks across various platforms.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized and prioritize workload effectively.
