Customer Service Associate – German Speaker

About the role
TalentPop is seeking a bilingual German‑English Customer Service Associate to join its global operations team. The role is fully remote and focuses on delivering high‑quality support to customers through phone, live chat and email.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely assistance to customers via phone, live chat and email.
- Accurately resolve inquiries and document each interaction.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams.
- Maintain detailed records of support tickets.
- Represent TalentPop with professionalism and empathy in every contact.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, support or help‑desk roles.
- Professional fluency in both German and English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
Required skills
- Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify (or similar platforms) is a plus.
