About the role
TalentPop is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Associate who speaks German and English to join its global operations team. This remote position supports internal operations and the community by delivering professional, empathetic assistance across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, live chat, and email.
- Resolve inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Document all interactions in detail.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant internal teams.
- Represent TalentPop with professionalism and empathy.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, support, or helpdesk.
- Professional fluency in both German and English.
- Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
