Customer Care Specialist (Multi‑Channel)

About the role

Join Vistaprint’s Customer CARE team and provide world‑class support to small businesses worldwide. You will handle inquiries across phone, chat, email and emerging channels, delivering thoughtful and efficient solutions in a fast‑paced, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via telephone, chat, email and any new channels in a courteous, professional manner.
• Diagnose issues accurately and provide appropriate solutions based on defined procedures.
• Utilise internal systems and resources to resolve requests efficiently.
• Support both internal and external customers with accurate information.
• Participate in cross‑functional communications and meetings to aid the team’s objectives.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business Administration (preferred).
• Strong command of English.
• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in a multi‑channel environment.
• Ability to multitask while delivering excellent service.
