About the role
The Coordinator of Volunteers at Karriery is a part‑time, fully remote position responsible for organizing and supporting volunteer activities that enhance client services. You will act as the main point of contact for volunteers, ensuring they are engaged, well‑trained, and aligned with the organization’s needs.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, schedule, and coordinate volunteers.
- Maintain and update volunteer databases.
- Provide guidance, training, and regular communication to volunteers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align volunteer roles with community initiatives.
- Monitor volunteer performance, collect feedback, and report on outcomes.
- Support outreach efforts to strengthen Karriery’s community presence.
Required profile
- Experience in volunteer management and training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Background in community outreach or partnership development.
- Organizational and time‑management skills.
- Familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
- Preferred education in social sciences, nonprofit management, HR, or related fields.
