About the role

The Controller will strengthen SIFCOL Distribution’s internal control framework, ensuring reliable financial reporting and effective risk management. This position reports to senior management and works closely with audit teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the effectiveness of internal control, risk management and governance mechanisms.
• Verify that operations comply with internal procedures and applicable regulations.
• Ensure the reliability and accuracy of financial information.
• Identify risk areas and propose corrective actions to improve processes.
• Participate in internal audit missions and monitor the implementation of recommendations.
• Contribute to the optimisation of company processes.

Required profile

• Female candidate with a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in finance, audit, accounting or management.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in internal audit, external audit or internal control.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of audit and internal control techniques.
• Risk analysis expertise.
• Advanced Excel and office‑tool proficiency.
• Excellent written and synthesis abilities.
• High integrity, confidentiality and analytical mindset.
