About the role
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Advisor to join our TECNOCASA agency in El Menzah, Tunis. The role involves active client prospecting, providing information to visitors, and supporting the daily commercial and administrative operations of the office.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and develop a client portfolio within the assigned zone.
- Welcome, inform and respond to inquiries from visitors and agency clients.
- Manage commercial and administrative tasks for the agency.
- Assist the team and ensure smooth functioning of the office.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
Required profile
- Ambitious with a strong commercial drive.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to grow within the company and take on future leadership responsibilities.
