About the role
TECNOCASA Tunisia is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join its El Menzah office. You will work directly in the field, building and managing a client portfolio across the Greater Tunis area.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new clients within the assigned zone.
- Maintain and develop existing client relationships to grow the portfolio.
- Guide clients through all negotiation phases, providing expert advice.
- Collaborate actively with the agency team to achieve sales targets.
- Contribute to the agency’s revenue growth while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with company standards.
Required profile
- Ambitious with a strong commercial drive.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
- Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement.
